Requirments to be a Moderator :::

Requirments needed :

1. You have to be at least 14 years old
2. You cannot have spamming posts, while your becoming a Mod.
3. Never offend, other people with messages.
4. If you think your ready, and right to be a Mod, Pm me.
5. Begging will not be acceptable into becoming a Mod.

-Note-
Please, if you want to become a Moderator, simply Pm me, and ill see, if your really ready to become a Mod, People with older age, about 21+ have the %30+ of becoming a Moderator.

Dont Complain about abuse, only complain about other Members, that Abuse by Spamming pm's to you, or sending pornographic pictures, videos or message to your Box, Gmail/hotmail, All Abusers will be Banned for ( 14 days to 20 days).

yes, im sure this will help most new members out a ton! This would heopfully reduce spam to a minimum.

But i forgot one important thing.. most users dont read things they just want to make posts to become higher in our "list" so they will not care they will bug us still about beeing ready for the job as a moderator well, we are here to answer teh questions of users and help them if they have problems, i guess we cant stop the progress.

yes, your right, but if ppl, just want to get Posts you get to Higher Ranks, there is a sort of a problem, i cant delete Ranks, i just can delete Spam,k and those will lose there Posts witheen, they will lose Rank though.

Cool , I've got the requirments but I think I'll have to wait a bit before thinking bout being a mod , one of the requirements should be experiance , else , new members can become mods in like a day! ( of course that's impossible.. or is it?)

Zanto does decide when members are good enough to become one and i guess since i am GM i am allowed to tell him the best choices or better I AM i make a difference of like 20% in his decision but well HE is the one who decides big boss xD anyways We do not need any mods by now .Just look at AG and you will see they have 4 active mods for 130,000 users!

I don't think four Moderators. Carlie is an admin. Strop is one. Then Moegreche. Than maybe Flipski. Devoidless hasn't really been on.

WEll its only like we have 2 Mods. Me and KoG. Jokerx Never posts and I dont know about Sharkbate.

Well i think it is answered if we need mods we will talk about that currentl we do not need any more power to control this site maybe one day but not this day LOL
